About Alexander Sasse

Broad clinical interests in various areas of cardiology. Special interests in the area of cardiac imaging with all relevant current modalities (MRI, CT, echocardiography), treatment of coronary artery disease including non-invasive and invasive diagnosis and treatment, heart failure diagnosis and treatment. Another special interest lies on structural heart disease dealing with structural problems of the heart such as valve disease or defects (ASD or PFO) – including interventional imaging and treatment of these conditions (device closure, TAVI). Last but not least a strong interest in cardiac rehabilitation ensuring that patients literally get back on their feet.
